Looking for the best no ID crypto casinos? The “no ID” part is less painful than it sounds. At the big state casinos, verification usually runs automatically in the background while you sign up: you type your name, date of birth, address and the last four digits of your Social Security number, and a database match does the rest. Documents come into it only when that match fails. That is the version of “no ID” that exists in a state-licensed casino, and our no ID casino guide explains it across every payment type.
What a crypto holder can do is pick state-licensed alternatives to no ID crypto casinos with the fastest cash routes. The three below take no crypto, but they pay out to Play+, PayPal, Venmo or a debit card within hours of approval. Further down we cover what does accept crypto in the US (sweepstakes casinos and a regulated prediction market), where those products are available, and why they still check your ID.
Best No ID Crypto Casinos

- BetMGM Casino No crypto; Visa Fast Funds, PayPal, Venmo and Play+ within 24 hours after its internal review, with a long list of deposit methods including PayPal, Venmo and Apple Pay

No ID Crypto Casino Reviews
These reviews look at each casino from a crypto holder’s side: how fast money moves in and out in dollars, and what verification looks like on the way. Every fact comes from the operator’s own New Jersey pages and help centre and the state regulators’ lists, checked on 5 October 2026. Welcome offers are the New Jersey terms; other states may differ.
BetRivers Casino: Fastest Cash-Out Route for Crypto Holders

BetRivers is run by Rush Street Interactive, and its selling point for anyone used to quick crypto transfers is the withdrawal side. BetRivers says its RushPay system approves over 90% of withdrawal requests in real time. Once a withdrawal is approved, BetRivers says the money is available on its Play+ prepaid card immediately, and PayPal and Venmo arrive within 30 minutes. No operator on this page states a faster route. Online banking is slower at 2 to 5 business days, and the terms estimate a standard internal processing time of three business days for requests that are not approved automatically.
The cashier is long: Trustly Online Banking, VIP Preferred, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Play+, Venmo, PayNearMe, Vanilla Direct, Apple Pay and cash at the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City. Crypto is not on that list, and a search for “crypto” in its New Jersey help centre returns no results. The terms add that every payment method must be in your own name and registered to the address you signed up with.
Verification at BetRivers is less spelled out than at the other two. The public sign-up page asks for a screen name, email and password first, then personal details such as your full name and phone number. The terms let BetRivers ask for address, date of birth, government ID details and Social Security number, and check them through third-party services. When documents are needed, a pop-up starts a Veriff check: a photo of the front of your driver’s license or passport, a scan of the barcode on the back, then a selfie. BetRivers says documents are most often requested at withdrawal or to confirm identity further.
The welcome offer suits cautious players: BetRivers returns up to $500 of first-day net casino losses as Bonus Money with a 1x playthrough. Note that submitting a withdrawal cancels any active bonus, so finish a bonus before cashing out.
Pros
- Play+ withdrawals available immediately after approval, PayPal and Venmo within 30 minutes (operator-stated)
- Over 90% of withdrawals approved in real time, per BetRivers
- 1x playthrough on welcome Bonus Money
- $10 minimum for deposits and withdrawals
Cons
- Crypto is not accepted
- Online banking withdrawals take 2 to 5 business days
- Submitting a withdrawal cancels an active bonus
- Not available for online casino play in Connecticut or Rhode Island; in Delaware it only runs the platform behind the three casino-branded sites

FanDuel Casino: Five 24-Hour Payout Methods and a $5 Start

FanDuel is the only brand on this page that also appears on Connecticut’s list, where the Department of Consumer Protection names DraftKings and FanDuel as the two online casino options (FanDuel says its Connecticut product runs through its partner Mohegan Sun). For a crypto holder, its appeal is breadth at the fast end: FanDuel says debit card, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay and Play+ withdrawals all arrive within 24 hours after approval. Most withdrawals are reviewed within 24 hours, and a first withdrawal can take up to 48 hours.
FanDuel’s verification is the most clearly described of the three. You give your name, date of birth, address and the last four digits of your SSN, and a third-party agency checks them on the spot. FanDuel says a successful match shows “You’re verified” and that the private data is deleted after verification. In New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut you also answer a few questions drawn from public records. After three failed attempts you are asked for an ID Scan: the front and back of a valid driver’s license or state ID card, and possibly a selfie. Passports are not accepted.
On deposits, FanDuel accepts online banking, debit card, wire transfer, Play+, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash at Counter and PayNearMe in some states, and gift cards where available. It does not accept credit cards for casino deposits in the US, and crypto is absent from every payment list FanDuel publishes. One detail matters if you plan your route in advance: most withdrawal methods need a successful deposit with the same method first, so deposit through the method you want to be paid with.
Pros
- Five withdrawal methods paid within 24 hours of approval (operator-stated)
- Automatic verification with a clear fallback, described step by step by FanDuel
- Welcome offer from a $5 deposit with no wagering on spin winnings
- Available in five states, including Connecticut through Mohegan Sun
Cons
- Crypto is not accepted
- Passports are not accepted for the ID Scan
- First withdrawals can take up to 48 hours to review
- No credit card deposits, and most withdrawal methods need a prior deposit with the same method

BetMGM Casino: Widest Cashier, Longer Review

BetMGM’s help centre has pages for a long list of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, the BetMGM Play+ prepaid card, PayWithMyBank, Instant Bank Transfer, VIP Preferred, bank wire, PayNearMe for cash, and the Borgata cage in Atlantic City. Deposits are quick: BetMGM says a PayPal transfer is instant if the money is already in your PayPal balance, and Venmo takes 10 to 20 seconds to approve. There is no crypto method anywhere among the payment pages, and the New Jersey terms do not mention crypto at all.
That trade-off is disappearing. According to BetMGM, each withdrawal first undergoes an internal review lasting up to 3 to 5 days. Once it clears, Visa Fast Funds, PayPal, Venmo and Play+ deliver funds within 24 hours, Apple Pay and Mastercard Send need 1 to 3 business days, and online banking takes 2 to 4. Payouts are directed back to your deposit methods first, capped at the amount you deposited. Someone trading crypto and accustomed to settlement within minutes should plan on days rather than hours for their initial withdrawal here.
Verification is automatic at sign-up. BetMGM asks for your name (matching your driver’s license or passport), current address, date of birth, the last four digits of your SSN and email, and allows up to five automatic attempts. You cannot deposit until you are verified. If the online check fails, you upload documents, which BetMGM says normally takes 24 to 48 hours to review. Separately, BetMGM requires an official photo ID for your first payout, so plan for that before your first withdrawal. Enrolling in Play+ also needs your SSN and date of birth.
Pros
- Long list of deposit methods, including PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay and Play+
- Instant PayPal deposits and Venmo approval in seconds (operator-stated)
- Up to five automatic verification attempts before documents are needed
- No BetMGM deposit or withdrawal fees
Cons
- Crypto is not accepted
- Internal withdrawal review of up to 3 to 5 days before payout
- Photo ID required for the first payout
- Deposit-match prizes from the welcome wheel carry 15x wagering within 14 days

Why No ID Crypto Casinos Don’t Exist in the Seven US Casino States
No state-licensed online casino in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware or Rhode Island accepts crypto, and every one of them verifies your identity before you can deposit. Those seven states are the only places where real-money online casino play is authorized, you must be 21 or older, and you must be physically inside the state while you play. Sweepstakes casinos are not available in every state either: several states have banned or restricted them, which the sweepstakes section below covers.
Real-money online casino play in the US is authorized state by state, and only seven states have done it. Each state’s regulator publishes who may operate: the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, the Michigan Gaming Control Board, the West Virginia Lottery, Connecticut’s Department of Consumer Protection, the Delaware Lottery and the Rhode Island Lottery. We found no crypto-accepting casino on any of those lists, and we found no regulator approval that would allow one.
The State Funding Rules for No ID Crypto Casinos
The regulations themselves provide the clearest proof. Under New Jersey’s rule, N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.3(d), funding an online casino account is limited to a deposit account, a credit or debit card, cash or chips at an approved cashier, a reloadable prepaid card, promotional credits, winnings, adjustments by the licensee, and “any other means approved by the Division.” A comparable list of ten methods appears in Pennsylvania’s 58 Pa. Code 812a.7, closing with “any other means as approved by the Board.” Michigan’s R 432.655a takes the same approach. None of these lists mentions crypto.
The catch-all clause at the end of each list means a regulator could approve crypto in the future. As of 5 October 2026 we found no published approval in New Jersey or Pennsylvania. We did not check the funding rules of West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island one by one. The three operators reviewed above list no crypto method on their New Jersey payment pages.
FinCEN, 31 CFR Part 1021 and Source of Funds
The second reason is federal anti-money-laundering law. Under 31 CFR 1010.100(t)(5), a “casino” is one “duly licensed or authorized” under state law with more than $1 million in gross annual gaming revenue. A state-licensed online casino above that size falls under 31 CFR Part 1021, which requires:
- a written anti-money-laundering programme with procedures to verify a customer’s name, address and Social Security number (§1021.210);
- currency transaction reports for cash in or out over $10,000 (§1021.311);
- suspicious activity reports (§1021.320);
- for every deposit account, a record of name, permanent address and SSN, checked against an identity document (§1021.410).
State rules repeat the point. Michigan’s law tells operators to “detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, and collusion” (MCL 432.311(3)), and Michigan and Rhode Island rules require Bank Secrecy Act compliance. Operators then apply it at the payment level: BetRivers’ terms say every payment method must be in your own name, FanDuel ties most withdrawals to a method you have already deposited with, and BetMGM may send withdrawals back to your deposit methods first.
The regulations do not explain in words why crypto is missing from the funding lists. Our reading, which is an inference and not a regulator’s statement, is that every listed method runs through a bank, card network or casino cage that already knows who you are, which is what the identity and source-of-funds duties above rely on. FinCEN has also drawn a line on the other side: in a 2019 speech, then-Director Kenneth Blanco said that online gaming sites not licensed as casinos in the US are not “casinos” under the Bank Secrecy Act rules and are likely operating as money transmitters, citing FinCEN’s May 2019 guidance on convertible virtual currency.
No ID Crypto Casinos and ID Checks
Search results for this keyword tend to suggest that crypto lets you skip verification. In the US, every product that accepts crypto for casino-style play or trading still checks who you are. The table compares the four types of product a US crypto holder will come across. For a full walkthrough of the documents and timings at state casinos, see our casino ID verification guide.
| Product | Takes crypto? | ID required? | When | Overseen by | Age |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| State-licensed online casino (7 states) | No | Yes: name, DOB, address, SSN (most accept last 4) | Before any deposit | State regulator | 21 |
| Stake.us (sweepstakes) | Yes, to buy Gold Coins and to redeem prizes | Yes: Veriff live photo of a US ID plus a live selfie | Help centre does not say at which point | Not a casino license; runs as a sweepstakes, banned in ten states | Not verified by us |
| Shuffle.us (sweepstakes) | Yes, about 20 assets to buy and redeem | Level 1 to play; Level 2 photo ID to redeem | Level 2 before any prize redemption | Not a casino license; runs as a sweepstakes, banned in ten states | 18, or higher where local law says so |
| Kalshi (prediction market) | Yes, converted to USD through Zero Hash | Yes: license or passport, SSN, sometimes a selfie | Before trading and depositing | CFTC | 18 (help centre) |
Why US States Require ID Before Play
The state rules give the reasons in their own words: confirming you are 21 or older, keeping play inside the state, detecting fraud and money laundering, checking you against the state’s self-exclusion list, and identifying winners for tax reporting. The location part has a federal root. The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act exempts in-state bets only where state law has “age and location verification requirements reasonably designed to block access to minors and persons located out of such State” (31 U.S.C. 5362(10)(B)). Without verification and geolocation, a state casino would lose that exemption. Nothing on this page will help you get around those checks, and VPNs and remote-desktop tools cause geolocation to fail at all three casinos reviewed.
All seven states require your full legal name, date of birth, address and Social Security number before real-money play. Most accept the last four digits; Delaware’s rule asks for the full number. New Jersey, Michigan and West Virginia reject PO boxes. The New Jersey DGE’s Know Your Customer requirements call for an exact match on date of birth, SSN and last name before any deposit.
A Worked Example: When the Automatic Check Fails
Say you have just moved and your new address is not yet in the credit-bureau records the casino checks against. At FanDuel, the automatic match fails. You get three attempts, and in New Jersey you also answer public-record questions. If those fail too, FanDuel prompts an ID Scan: you photograph the front and back of your driver’s license or state ID. A passport would be refused. At BetMGM the same mismatch gives you up to five attempts, then a document upload with a 24 to 48 hour review, and you cannot deposit in the meantime. At BetRivers a Veriff pop-up asks for your license or passport, the barcode on the back and a selfie.
The lesson for anyone moving from crypto: use the exact name and current mailing address on your ID, and expect a short delay if your records are new.
Crypto Sweepstakes Casinos Explained
Sweepstakes casinos are the main US product that accepts crypto for casino-style games. They are permitted only in states that have not banned them, and none of the crypto sweepstakes sites we checked operates in any of the seven real-money casino states.
How the Dual-Currency Model Works
Gambling, or an illegal lottery, needs three elements: a prize, chance and consideration (California’s Penal Code §319 is a typical definition). Sweepstakes casinos rely on removing consideration. You buy one currency, such as Gold Coins, that is for play only and cannot be redeemed. A second currency, such as Sweeps Coins or Stake Cash, comes free with purchases or through a free “no purchase necessary” entry, and that second currency can be redeemed for prizes. Federal mail law requires the “no purchase is necessary” disclosure (39 U.S.C. §3001(k)(3)), and Washington’s RCW 9.46.0356 describes promotional contests where “prize and chance are present but … consideration is not”. The state bans now name this dual-currency structure directly.
Where Crypto Sweepstakes Casinos Are Banned
Ten states have enacted laws against online sweepstakes casinos:
- California: AB 831, in force 1 January 2026
- New York: S5935-A, Chapter 605 of 2025
- New Jersey: P.L.2025, c.128
- Connecticut: Public Act 25-112, §14, in force 1 October 2025
- Montana: MCA 23-5-112, which bans online casinos that pay out “any form of currency”
- Indiana: a $100,000 civil penalty enforced by the Gaming Commission, from 1 July 2026
- Maine: Public Law 2026, chapter 645
- Tennessee: Public Chapter 1117 of 2026
- Oklahoma: SB 1589, which takes effect on 1 November 2026
- Louisiana: HB 883 and HB 53 of 2026
Other states restrict them without a ban law of this kind. Iowa gave its regulator cease-and-desist power over “illegal sweepstakes” in 2026, the Illinois Gaming Board and Attorney General sent cease-and-desist letters in February 2026, Washington’s gambling commission says they are not authorized gambling, and Michigan’s Gaming Control Board has issued cease-and-desist letters. Rules change quickly here, so check your own state’s law and regulator before you sign up anywhere.
Crypto and ID at Two Crypto Sweepstakes Sites
Stake.us lets you buy Gold Coin bundles with crypto, and its help centre says Stake Cash “can be redeemed for prizes in the form of cryptocurrencies”. Stake Cash received with a purchase must be played through 3x before redeeming, and purchases are capped at $9,000 a day. Verification runs through Veriff: a live photo of a US-issued ID card or driver’s license plus a live selfie. Its help centre lists 20 excluded states: WA, NY, NV, KY, ID, MI, VT, CT, WV, PA, RI, DE, NJ, MD, MT, LA, AZ, TN, CA and IL. That list, dated 23 July 2026, does not name Indiana, Maine or Oklahoma, so a brand’s own list is not a substitute for checking the state’s law.
Shuffle.us is run by Munyon Canyon Ltd. of the British Virgin Islands as sweepstakes sponsor. It supports about 20 crypto assets for buying and redeeming, with no daily cap on crypto redemptions. Verification has three levels: phone verification and your declared details to play, a photo of a driver’s license or national ID to redeem any prize (crypto included), and proof of address at Level 3. Its sweepstakes rules add that checks may include a biometric face scan and SSN validation, and redemptions of $600 or more in a calendar year need extra personal information for tax purposes. Shuffle’s own documents disagree about Florida, Georgia, Hawaii and Maryland; its strictest list excludes 24 states, among them all seven real-money casino states.
We describe these two because they are the crypto sweepstakes sites whose crypto and verification rules we could confirm on their own help pages. We do not rank or recommend them.
Prediction Markets and Crypto
Prediction markets are not casinos. They list event contracts, such as the outcome of a game or an election, on exchanges registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). UIGEA excludes trades on CFTC-registered entities from its definition of a “bet or wager”. The CFTC says it has exclusive jurisdiction over these contracts, sports included. In June 2026 it proposed a rule under 17 CFR 40.11 saying contracts on games of pure chance, with roulette as the example, would “highly likely” be against the public interest. That rule was not final as of 5 October 2026, and we found no exchange listing casino-game contracts.
Kalshi is a CFTC-registered exchange that accepts crypto. US crypto deposits and withdrawals go through Zero Hash, which converts them to US dollars, so your balance is in USD. Kalshi says deposits typically arrive within 30 minutes and that provider and gas fees may apply. A crypto withdrawal needs an earlier crypto deposit, and document checks may be required first. Kalshi verifies everyone: a driver’s license or passport photographed live, sometimes a selfie, a residential address and your SSN, with proof of address, employment or source of funds possible on request. Its help centre gives 18 as the minimum age.
Where Kalshi’s sports contracts may be offered is contested in court. The 3rd Circuit ruled for Kalshi against New Jersey on 6 April 2026, and New Jersey has asked the Supreme Court to hear the case. The 9th Circuit ruled for Nevada’s regulators on 28 August 2026, and the 6th Circuit ruled for Ohio and Tennessee on 25 September 2026. Connecticut has sued Kalshi. Do not assume it is available in your state; check the CFTC’s press releases and your state regulator.
Polymarket US holds registrations with the CFTC as both a contract market and a clearing organization and operates in US dollars. iPhone users, “where available,” can deposit and withdraw USDC, while the remaining options are debit card, ACH, Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo and wire. According to its documentation, KYC must be completed, including your SSN, before depositing or trading. Polymarket’s international crypto product is a separate offering and is not the US exchange.
No ID Crypto Casino Payouts: The Fastest Fiat Routes for Crypto Holders
If you hold crypto and live in one of the seven casino states, the route into a state casino goes through dollars. Selling crypto for USD on a US exchange and withdrawing to your bank is an ordinary transaction, and the exchange will have verified you when you opened the account. From your bank, the fastest ways into the three casinos reviewed are instant methods: PayPal or Venmo linked to that bank, online banking such as Trustly or PayWithMyBank, a debit card, or a Play+ prepaid card.
Choose the deposit method with the withdrawal in mind. FanDuel pays most methods only if you have deposited with them first, and BetMGM may return withdrawals to your deposit methods first. Funding with the method you want to be paid through avoids a detour.
A Worked Example: From Stablecoins to a BetRivers Withdrawal
Say you hold $500 in a stablecoin on a US exchange and you live in New Jersey. You sell it for dollars and withdraw the cash to your checking account; the exchange’s own timing applies. You link that bank account to PayPal in your own name, sign up at BetRivers with the name and address on your driver’s license, and deposit $100 through PayPal. Later you request a $150 withdrawal to PayPal. If RushPay approves it in real time, BetRivers says the money arrives within 30 minutes. If it is pulled for manual review, the terms estimate up to three business days first.
Two things a crypto holder should know about the dollar side. Selling crypto has its own tax treatment, separate from gambling, and this page does not cover it. And gambling winnings are taxable income whether or not you receive a form. For 2026, the IRS Form W-2G instructions set a $2,000 minimum reporting threshold. Table-game wins are reported only when they reach that amount and are at least 300 times the wager. From tax year 2026, IRC §165(d) lets itemizers deduct only 90% of gambling losses, and only up to their winnings: someone with $5,000 of winnings and $5,000 of losses can deduct $4,500 and still owes tax on $500. Our instant withdrawal guide compares payout speed across more casinos.
Offshore No ID Crypto Casinos
Offshore crypto casinos are not licensed in any US state, so no state regulator oversees how they hold player funds. They sit outside every protection on this page: no state regulator you can complain to, no state dispute route if a withdrawal is refused, and no reach for the state self-exclusion programmes, so an exclusion you signed up for in New Jersey or Pennsylvania does nothing there. FinCEN’s view, quoted above, is that unlicensed online gaming sites are not casinos under federal rules but likely money transmitters. Our no ID casinos USA guide covers the state-by-state picture.
No ID Crypto Casino FAQ
Are no ID crypto casinos legal in the US?
Not in the form the search implies. Real-money online casinos are authorized only in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island, and every authorized site verifies identity and location and does not take crypto. Crypto sweepstakes casinos run in some other states but are banned in ten, and they still check ID before redemption. Offshore crypto casinos are not licensed in any US state, so no state regulator oversees how they hold player funds.
Does any US online casino accept Bitcoin?
No state-licensed online casino does, as of 5 October 2026. New Jersey’s and Pennsylvania’s funding rules list cards, bank accounts, prepaid cards, cash at the cage and similar methods, with a clause allowing other methods the regulator approves, and we found no approval of crypto. BetRivers, FanDuel and BetMGM list no crypto method. The nearest legal routes for a crypto holder are selling to dollars first, or a permitted sweepstakes product where your state allows it.
Can I redeem crypto sweepstakes prizes without ID?
No. The two crypto sweepstakes sites we checked both verify identity. Stake.us uses Veriff with a live photo of a US ID card or driver’s license and a live selfie. Shuffle.us requires Level 2 verification, a photo of a driver’s license or national ID, before any prize redemption, including crypto, and its rules allow a face scan and SSN check. Both exclude all seven real-money casino states, and sweepstakes are banned in ten states.
Do prediction markets like Kalshi need ID if I deposit crypto?
Yes. Kalshi says that as a CFTC-regulated exchange it must confirm the identity of every person who trades. You need a driver’s license or passport photographed live, a residential address and your SSN, and sometimes a selfie. Crypto deposits go through Zero Hash and are converted to dollars. Kalshi’s state availability is being fought in court, with appeals courts split, so check your state before assuming it is open to you.
What is the fastest way for a crypto holder to cash out?
Among the casinos on this page, BetRivers states the fastest route: once a withdrawal is approved, Play+ funds are available immediately and PayPal or Venmo arrive within 30 minutes, with over 90% of requests approved in real time. FanDuel pays debit, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay and Play+ within 24 hours of approval. BetMGM pays its fast methods within 24 hours, but only after an internal review of up to 3 to 5 days.
Why does a state casino need my Social Security number?
State rules require it so the casino can confirm your age, check you against the self-exclusion list and identify you for tax reporting. Federal rules for casinos, 31 CFR 1021.410, also call for name, address and SSN on every deposit account. Most states accept the last four digits, and the check usually runs automatically while you sign up. Delaware’s rule asks for the full number. Documents are needed only if the database match fails.
Will a state casino accept crypto in the future?
It is possible but not announced. Each funding rule ends with a clause letting the regulator approve other methods, so New Jersey’s DGE or Pennsylvania’s Board could approve crypto without a new law. We found no published approval as of 5 October 2026. Until that changes, a site offering crypto deposits for real-money casino games will not be one of the operators on the state regulators’ lists that we checked.
Responsible Gambling at No ID Crypto Casinos
Crypto can make it harder to keep track of what you spend, because balances move in value and transfers are quick. Set a deposit limit and a time limit in your casino account before your first bet, and keep gambling money separate from savings and investments. FanDuel, for example, promotes a “My Spend” tool on its lobby for checking your deposit and withdrawal habits. Our responsible gambling page explains the tools in more detail.

Every real-money casino state runs a self-exclusion programme that covers online casino play: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut and Delaware (in person only). In Rhode Island, self-exclusion runs through the casino facilities and the platform’s own tool. New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut offer one-year, five-year and lifetime terms. Online casino play in these states is for adults 21 and over only.
